STEP 01

Self-Inspection Guide

Use this checklist as the first step whenever you notice underperformance or any abnormal symptom in your PV system.

Site-Level Checklist

If power generation drops or any abnormal symptom appears
during plant operation, please review the following items first.

  • 01

    Module Visual Inspection

    Look for any of the following:

    • Module damage
    • Cracked glass
    • Discoloration
    • Junction box anomalies
  • 02

    Shading Check

    Shading may originate from:

    • Tree growth
    • Adjacent buildings or structures
    • Fencing or nearby installations
  • 03

    Soiling Check

    Heavy surface soiling can cause hotspots and reduced output.

    • Dust
    • Bird droppings
    • Fallen leaves and debris
  • 04

    Inverter Status

    • Inverter alarm status
    • Communication link
    • Generation log review

If an anomaly is confirmed, please check the warranty coverage below and submit a service request.

STEP 02

Warranty Policy

Hansol Energyon solar modules are covered by both Product Warranty and Performance Warranty. Please review the scope and exclusions below.

Product Warranty

Our modules are manufactured under strict quality standards.
The following warranty policies support reliable, long-term operation.

    Product Warranty

    • Coverage for manufacturing defects through repair or replacement during the warranty term.
    • Warranty terms may vary by product model and shipment date.
  • 02

    Performance Warranty

    • Modules are designed for stable long-term power output.
    • If output falls below the warranted threshold within the warranty period, remedies follow the Performance Warranty policy.

For exact warranty terms and durations, please refer to the product warranty certificate or your contract.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover
the following cases.

    Installation that does not comply with the installation manual

  • 02

    Damage caused by external impact or natural disasters

  • 03

    Unauthorized modification or repair of the product

  • 04

    Operation outside the specified environmental conditions

STEP 03

Service Request

If issues persist after the self-inspection, please submit a service request following the procedure below.

Before You Submit

If symptoms persist after self-inspection and warranty review, please proceed with a service request. PV plant output and operating conditions can be affected by site, weather, soiling and other external factors.

Please review the self-inspection items and the warranty policy above before submitting your request.

    Installation & Workmanship Review

    • Module spacing and ground clearance
    • Wiring and connector condition
    • Mounting structure integrity

If symptoms persist after the above checks, please proceed with a service request following the steps below.

Submission Procedure

Please include the following information when submitting your request.

    • Site address
    • Installed capacity
    • Commissioning date
  • 02

    Product Information

    • Model name (Label)
    • Serial number
  • 03

    Symptom Description

    • Power output drop
    • Visual abnormality
    • Inverter alarm, etc.
  • 04

    Complete and Send the Service Form

    Download the form for your product line, fill in plant, product and symptom details, and return it along with the array layout, plant drawings, warranty certificate and any supporting evidence. A case number will be issued upon successful intake.

  • 05

    Submission Channel

    Please submit by email with the completed form and supporting documents attached. Our team will review the request and respond with an inspection schedule and proposed remedy.

PV module performance and system operation
can be influenced by the following external factors.

Performance variations caused by these environmental factors are not considered product defects and may not be covered under warranty.
