Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (hereinafter "the Site") operated by Hansol Energyon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide product and corporate information.
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided under these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  • These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.
  • The Company may amend these Terms where reasonable grounds exist and within the scope permitted by applicable laws. Amended Terms take effect upon being announced on the Site.

Article 4 (Scope of Services)

The Company provides the following services.

  • Provision of corporate and product information
  • Receipt of product inquiries and consultations
  • After-sales service requests
  • Operation of the Resources section
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend service when force majeure events occur — including system maintenance, replacement, faults, communication outages, or natural disasters.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.

  • Misappropriating the information of another person
  • Infringing the copyrights or other rights of the Company or any third party
  • Distributing content that violates public order or good morals
  • Acts that are objectively deemed to be connected with crime
  • Other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright)

All content posted on the Site — including text, images, video, and design — is owned by the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify such content without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company shall be released from liability when it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure events.
  • The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practice. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located at the Company's headquarters.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect as of June 1, 2026.
